Excellent breakfast!!! My family are 2 adults & 2 kids(7 & 9 yrs old). We stayed in double bed room (Kids under 12 yrs old are free if they use existing beds). It was very comfortable room to us. Also very easy to access to city by walking. Excellent hotel!!!

in addition, the parking was nearby. adjacent to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

The hotel is situated in a very central location near plenty of shopping and easy transport links. Plus, it's just a short walk away from a mall which is perfect when you need to grab a quick bite to eat. Another perk is that the breakfast restaurant is connected to the mall, although you do have to walk through it to get there.

Some of the facilities are outdated and could use some improvement.

The hotel is located near the main station and is in good walking distance of all local attractions and shops.

We didn't have breakfast due to the extortionate price of 19 € per person!

The hotel provided me with an overnight stop on the long journey across Germany back to my home in England.

There was no-one serving at the bar when I fancied a pre dinner drink. Also, the 16.50 euro price for breakfast is excessive - well in excess of what it is worth.

Great breakfast buffet with lots of choices, and comfortable beds. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city center on foot, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The rooms were outdated and not very clean. The carpets were stained and the bathroom needed updating.

I arrived at 21:00. Fist of all the safe box was not working and I tried a lot to get cnnected to rception but its line was busy. Latr wheI wated to have dinner, they said that Room Serwice wasclosed after 21:30 while in the booklet at the room, the closing tme for room service had been mentioned to be 22:30. Afterwards I decide to eat something from minibar but it had nothing inside at all. Later decided o check internet. it demanded password and username from reception and agin the line was busy for 15 minutes finally I went downstairs to get the username and password.

The hotel was in a great location, with clean rooms and great breakfast with lots of variations.

The room was cold, we got offered another room but it was a problem of central heating and not individual rooms. Bathroom amenities were not refreshed every day and we had to ask for replacements.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the central location of the hotel which allowed me to easily explore the city and its attractions. the breakfast offered an excellent and varied selection of food to start the day on a good note. the staff members were friendly and accommodating.

The room I stayed in was a bit outdated and lacked a view, which was disappointing considering the price. the hotel's restaurant was located in an adjacent shopping mall, which took away from the hotel's ambiance.

Excellent location in the downtown, very easy for shopping. Very good choice of breakfast.

Air conditioning needs to be improved, because of very hot summer in Germany this year.

The Room was very Big with all accomodations.
